Vanco Discloses Partners in Black Sea Oil Development

In addition to Vanco, the investor pool for Prykerchenske includes: Donbas Fuel and Energy Company (DTEK), Ukraine’s biggest energy holding; Integrum Technogies Ltd., an affiliate of a large Austrian investment holding; and Shadowlight Investments Ltd., an investment company of Russia’s businessman Yevgeniy Novitsky.

Within the next eight years, Vanco and its partners will invest $300 million in the project.
