[14.04.2008 20:56] Plans Announced for State Coal Leasing CompanyThe Ministry of Coal Industry of Ukraine plans to establish the State Coal Leasing Company between October and November of 2008, according to Deputy Minister Oleksandr Frantsishko. “We will first create a state leasing company and afterwards we will consider issuing bonds.” Frantsishko said. The new company will lease mining equipment to coal producers which lack the funds for purchase. The company will be created as an affiliate of the Ministry of Coal Industry.
