Bayadera to Buy Stake in National Alcohol Traditions


The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved Bayadera Holding’s purchase of a stake in National Alcohol Traditions, according to the AMC press-service. Bayadera may concentrate over 50 percent of the Traditions’ stock.

TZOV Bayadera Holding is an asset management company; TZOV National Alcohol Traditions is a wholesale distributor of alcoholic beverages. Both companies have their headquarters in the Donetsk region.
